For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the human body—how it moves, heals, and thrives. My journey into health and wellness began with a career in physical therapy, where I spent years helping individuals regain strength and mobility after injury. While I found immense fulfillment in rehabilitation, I often saw patients struggle with chronic issues that could have been prevented with better lifestyle habits. It became clear that true health isn’t just about recovery—it’s about building a strong foundation for lifelong well-being.

I knew I wanted to make a bigger impact, empowering people not just to heal but to thrive. This realization led me to expand my expertise beyond physical therapy and into holistic health coaching. Today, as a Duke-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Nutrition Coach, I focus on helping individuals take control of their health through science-backed strategies in sleep, movement, nutrition, and environmental well-being.
